• Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
